SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment-related and informational SMS/text messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and expressly opted in to receive SMS notifications from Allnet Coaching and Consulting DBA Allnet Medical ("Allnet Medical") through our website at allnetmedical.com, our scheduling forms, or our booking system. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling and rescheduling updates
Follow-up communications
Marketing and promotional messages about our services and products
Customer support communications

2. Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Allnet Coaching and Consulting DBA Allnet Medical. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your appointment schedule, and the nature of the communications.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of service delivery, such as customer service platforms and scheduling systems, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

10. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program.

11. Regulatory Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.

General Terms of Service

12. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at allnetmedical.com (the "Site"), any associated services, forms, booking tools, or communications provided by Allnet Coaching and Consulting DBA Allnet Medical ("Allnet Medical," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 15. Appointment Booking

Appointments booked through our online scheduling system are subject to the following:

All initial consultations are provided at no charge
Appointments require a minimum of 1 business day advance notice for scheduling
You agree to attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
Allnet Medical reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion
Scheduling an appointment does not create a binding service agreement or contract

16. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or booking appointments
Use the Site only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLNET COACHING AND CONSULTING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
